She is also an Associate Professor of Legal Methods at Widener's Delaware Law School in Wilmington and serves as Co-Director of the Trial Admissions Program there. Professor Ferrell received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware; a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Rutgers Graduate School of Management; and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. </p><p dir="ltr">After graduating from law school Iva practiced law in Philadelphia. There she was employed as an associate attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP, where she focused on software licensing, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Next, as an associate attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLC, Iva continued to practice in the areas of business and finance, focusing on licensing, co-branding, and other business agreements. Prior to joining the Widener Law School, Iva also served as associate general counsel for QVC, Inc. in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
